This kit uses magnetic beads with unique separation effect and staining and buffer system to separate circulating tumor cells from blood samples. Among them, the anti-epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) antibody modified immunomagnetic sphere can effectively capture the circulating tumor cells (CTC) in the sample. Finally, the positive CTC is determined by immunofluorescence staining technology. The whole process is safe and convenient, and the circulating tumor cells separated by this kit can be applied to various downstream molecular biological experiments.
